We encourage all participants to stay at our recommended hotels.
Hyatt Regency Shanghai Jiading Hotel (5 star, walking distance to venue).
USD 820 for 7 nights for a room with a king bed and USD 960 for 7 nights for a room with two beds.

Sheraton Shanghai Jiading Hotel (5 star)
USD 800 for 7 nights for a room with a king bed and USD 940 for 7 nights for a room with two beds.


Details about both hotels and the logistics package are The logistics package includes airport transfers and shuttle buses to the venues.

Ground Transportation

Shuttle bus service on the event days and airport transfers are already included in the official hotel package. If you arrange your own hotel, shuttle bus service is optional, and seats can be reserved for a fee for the event only between the official hotel and all the event venues.

Please recheck the policy before departure in case it has changed. Citizens of countries not on this list can seek assistance for visas from our ASEEDER. If your delegation requires a specific invitation letter for visa purposes, they would be happy to issue one after your delegation registers for the Global Round.
